Cancellation Policy

All Products (Except Made-to-Order)

• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before shipment or within 12 business hours of payment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive the carrier name and tracking number, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

Made-to-Order Items

• For made-to-order items, any cancellation or change requests (such as size, color, or material) submitted after 12 hours of placing the order will incur a 25% fee of the product price. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
