Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before ordering any products. Keep a print or digital copy of these terms and your order for future reference. If you do not accept these terms, you will not be able to place an order on our site.

About You
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract;
You understand and agree to these terms;
You accept the risks of using the Internet for transactions.
To process your order, we will collect personal information. We treat your data seriously—please read our Privacy Policy for details.
How the contract is formed:
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt.
All orders are subject to our acceptance.
A contract is formed only when we send you a Process Confirmation email confirming your order is being processed.
For orders with multiple products, the contract applies only to the items confirmed in the Process Confirmation. Other items will be confirmed separately.
Cancelling an Order
Products are made to your specifications. Once a Process Confirmation is sent, orders cannot be cancelled.
If you change your mind before receiving a Process Confirmation, contact us at support@regalcurtain.com.
Process Confirmations are usually issued within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days of receiving your cancellation.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide.
Prices include standard delivery. Extra charges may apply in certain areas; these will be shown at checkout. Premium delivery may also be available depending on location.
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of the Process Confirmation.
If delivery cannot be made within 7 working days, we will notify you.
If delivery cannot be completed within 30 days, we will refund any money you have paid upon request.
Events beyond our reasonable control may delay orders. We will notify you if this occurs and will not be liable for delays caused by such events.
Products
Products are made to within 1 inch of the specifications you provide.
All products are for domestic use only.
Products should be of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for their intended purpose.
Recommendations:
Order a fabric swatch to confirm color and texture, as monitor displays vary.
Measure carefully using our guides to ensure the correct size.
If you are dissatisfied:
Made-to-order products cannot be returned unless defective.
Unpack products immediately upon delivery to prevent creasing.
Inspect products promptly. If defective, contact cs@regalcurtain.com for collection.
If we agree a product is defective, we will repair, replace, or refund the item. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days using your original payment method.
