To ensure a worry-free custom curtain experience, we offer the following services:
Curtains come with a 2-year warranty, and motors are covered by a 5-year warranty, both starting from the date of purchase. If any quality issues arise within the warranty period (excluding human-caused damage), REGAL will provide full after-sales support and cover the cost of return or exchange shipping.
REGAL is committed to delivering only high-quality curtain products to our customers. We proudly offer a limited lifetime warranty on our materials and craftsmanship.
What is Covered:
We guarantee that our products will be free from manufacturing defects for as long as you own them. If a product is found to be defective, REGAL will, at its discretion, repair or replace the item.
What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading from sunlight, fraying fabric edges, reduced color intensity, water damage, insect or pet damage, or aging of operating mechanisms from long-term use).
- Any damage caused by customer modifications, self-repairs, or alterations to the product.
- This warranty does not guarantee that the products will not become obsolete in the future.
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Duration:
This limited warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product.
